Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ovelithub ("we") for using Ovelink. By creating an account you accept them. If you use Ovelink for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. One person, one personal account.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, put others at risk, or are used for fraud.

2. Content

• You own what you post and give us a licence to host, display and distribute it on Ovelink.
• No spam, harassment, hate, impersonation, sexual content, malware, or anything illegal.
• We may remove content and act on reports. Report anything that looks wrong.

3. Jobs and recruitment

• Employers and agencies must post real vacancies they are authorised to fill, with accurate pay, benefits and location.
• Recruiting agencies must hold a valid licence where the law requires one and display its number.
• No fees to apply. Asking candidates for money to apply, interview or be shortlisted is forbidden. Any worker-paid cost must be stated on the vacancy and must be lawful in both countries.
• Verification badges describe exactly what a moderator checked. They are not a guarantee of employment, a visa or a work permit — immigration decisions are made by governments.

4. Freelance contracts

• A contract is between the client and the freelancer. Ovelink provides the tools, the escrow ledger and dispute review.
• Fixed-price milestones are funded before work starts. Submitted work that the client neither approves nor disputes within 14 days is released to the freelancer.
• Fees are shown before you fund or accept a contract and are fixed for that contract.
• Do not take payment for Ovelink contracts outside the platform.
• Disputes are reviewed by our team, whose ruling decides how escrowed money is released, refunded or split.

5. Payments

While Ovelink runs in test mode, wallet balances are test funds with no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as real money. When real payments are enabled, deposits and withdrawals will be processed through the providers named on the wallet page, and these terms will be updated before that happens.

6. Liability

Ovelink is provided "as is". We are not a party to employment or freelance agreements and are not liable for the conduct of members, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.
